Reiki is a part of my daily life and wellbeing practice. It helps me to re-connect and bring awareness to the relationship I have with myself, others and the planet.

It has been a privilege over the years to share reiki with others and witness an opening up and awakening of their own healing abilities.

Reiki is an intuitive, natural system of healing that I believe we can all understand and have access to at a deep level. We may have forgotten along the way, but using reiki regularly can re-connect us to our own innate self healing abilities.

I have 20 years experience working in therapeutic care and retreat settings. During this time I supported my practice with my MA in Group and Intercultural Psychotherapy, and continued learning and development in health, care and holistic wellbeing therapies. I have been a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master-Teacher since 2010.

I have been trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition and and can trace my initiation lineage as a master to the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, and Phyllis Lei Furumoto. Usui Shiki Ryoho can be translated as "the Usui System of Natural Healing."

I look forward to welcoming and sharing reiki with you.
