Join us for our day and half day retreats at HeartSong Normandie. An opportunity to explore and practice ways to help you relax and nurture your wellbeing in a friendly and supportive space. Open to all - no prior experience necessary.
We will use a variety of methods and techniques, including guided meditation and relaxation exercises, singing for wellbeing/mantra chanting and a practical experience of reiki.
As well as our group half day/day retreat sessions we also offer personalised individual and private group sessions. These bespoke sessions are created with you and are able to focus more fully on your own preferences and requirements.
Experience guided meditations, relaxation exercises and learn practical tools that you can use every day to help you calm, breathe and be in the moment. A regular meditation practice can help you relax, de-stress and nurture your wellbeing and is a positive, simple addition to your daily self care routine.
Singing for wellbeing
Relax, breathe and sing simple, soulful songs, chants, mantras and sound meditations from around the world to uplift, relax, bring joy and nurture your wellbeing. Finding and opening your natural voice to build confidence, sing from the heart and feel good singing. It’s not about getting the ‘right notes’ but enjoying and relaxing into feeling the benefits of singing and sound to help support and nurture your self care.
An introduction and experience of reiki for wellbeing. Reiki is a holistic energy healing system for relaxation and stress relief that originated in Japan. It supports our own innate healing abilities and can bring balance to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves.
An opportunity to find out more about reiki; the origins, history, techniques and uses as well as a shared practical experience of reiki meditation and reiki methods.
Anyone wanting to support their self care and wellbeing. An opportunity to discover, explore and practice ways to relax and nurture ourselves using meditation, singing for wellbeing/mantra chanting, reiki techniques and exercises in a supportive and friendly space. No prior experience necessary. We provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where absolutely all levels of experience are welcome.
