What to expect:
We’ll start each session with a guided meditation and relaxation exercise followed by mantras, sound meditations, songs and chants from around the world.
We provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for meditation, singing and using your voice where absolutely all singing abilities and levels of experience are welcome. No prior experience is necessary and there is no need to read music, as everything will be taught by ear/repetition. The only requirement is a curiosity to explore using your voice and the wellbeing benefits of meditation, sound and singing together.
