Reiki Training Workshops
Join our experiential and practical reiki workshops at HeartSong Normandie and learn how to use reiki for yourself or take the next step on your reiki journey. The workshops are personalized to meet your needs and requirements, ensuring dedicated and personal support and learning. You will have ample time to practice what you learn on yourself and any other attendees, engage in discussions, and reflect on your practice and experience. Our workshops are only taught individually or in small private groups to guarantee personalized attention. Our reiki workshops can be taught over 1 day or over 2 x 1/2 day sessions - whichever is most convenient for you.
All our reiki workshops include a detailed reiki manual, certificate, and refreshments.

Usui Reiki Master Teacher
Usui Reiki 1st Degree/The Healer Level - Shoden
Usui Reiki 1st Degree is the first step on your reiki journey. During your training, you will learn everything you need to enable you to use reiki healing for yourself, your friends, family and pets. There are no pre-requisites for this workshop, other than an interest and openness in learning about how to use reiki.
Introduction to Reiki: A comprehensive overview of the history, principles, uses and philosophy of Usui Reiki. The origins of Reiki and the life of Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
Energy Healing Basics: An explanation of the concept of energy healing, including a detailed understanding of the human energy system, chakras, and aura.
Reiki Principles: An exploration of the Five Reiki Principles or Reiki Precepts, which are guiding principles for living a balanced and harmonious life.
Attunements: Information about the attunement process, which is a sacred ceremony performed by a Reiki Master to open and align the student's energy channels to Reiki energy.
Hand Positions: Detailed instructions on hand placements for self-healing and treating others. This includes diagrams/illustrations showing the positions for treating different parts of the body.
Self-Treatment Techniques: Step-by-step instructions on how to perform a self-Reiki session, including grounding and hand positions for self-healing.
Treating Others: Guidance on how to give Reiki treatments to others, including hand positions, creating a healing space, contraindications and ethical considerations.
Cleansing and Protection: Techniques for clearing and protecting your energy field, as well as methods for clearing spaces and objects using Reiki energy.
Practical Exercises and Experience: Practice ways to deepen your connection with Reiki, such as meditation and energy sensing exercises.
Reiki After-Care guidelines and the 21 day reiki cleanse.

Usui Reiki 2nd Degree/The Practitioner Level - Okuden
The Usui 2nd Degree training is suitable for individuals who have completed their Reiki 1st Degree training and are ready to progress to the 2nd Degree level. This training aims to deepen your understanding and practice of Reiki, expanding your abilities and techniques.
The Reiki 2nd Degree training involves a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and the receiving of attunements from a qualified Reiki Master.
