Over three Saturday mornings we gather in a small, supportive circle to slow down and reconnect.
Mantra meditation offers a grounding, accessible way to find calm and clarity. Through the repetition of sound, mantras can help settle the mind, relax the body, and reconnect you to a sense of stillness. It’s not about getting it perfect. It’s about showing up, breathing, and coming back to the sound.
