We are pleased to announce we are now offering bespoke meditation sessions - available for individuals and small groups. Whether you are new to meditation or want to develop your practice we can help with a bespoke meditation session or course personalized for you. You will learn and practice tools that you can use every day to help you breathe and be in the moment.

A regular meditation practice can help you relax, de-stress and nurture your wellbeing. It can support you to develop your care, compassion and loving kindness to yourself and others.

Busy lifestyles can often get in the way of 'finding the time' to dedicate to our own self care. With our bespoke meditation sessions you can choose the date and time to suit you.

  • Introduction to Meditation - a beginners guide to meditation and using the breath

  • Practicing Loving Kindness Meditation

  • Sound Meditation - exploring the breath, chakras, vowel toning, mantras and chanting

  • Movement Meditation - exploring walking, hand movement, mudra meditation

  • Reiki meditation - for reiki practitioners or those new to reiki.
