At HeartSong Normandie, we offer individual sessions and private group experiences designed to help you find inner quiet, reduce stress, and nurture your overall well-being.
Our sessions are open to everyone — whether you are completely new to meditation or already have experience.
Many people worry they “can’t meditate” because their mind feels busy. This is completely normal. We all experience what is often called the monkey mind — thoughts that move quickly and constantly.
Meditation is not about stopping thoughts. It is about learning to notice them with kindness and gently returning to the present moment.

Our regular weekly gathering where we explore meditation through mantra, sound, and shared practice in a supportive group environment.
Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:30 at our HeartSong studio in Mortain.
A structured three-session introduction designed for those new to meditation or anyone wanting to strengthen and refresh their practice. Avaiable for individuals and small private groups.
Over three guided sessions, you will learn practical techniques such as:
• Mindfulness of breathing
• Loving-kindness meditation (Metta)
• Guided body scan relaxation
You will receive personalised support, step-by-step guidance, practical tools, and take-home practice sheets to help you build a sustainable home practice.
No experience is needed — just curiosity and openness.

HeartSong Normandie was created by Ema and Peter as a space dedicated to singing, meditation, reiki, and holistic well-being.
With backgrounds in meditation practice, Reiki, group facilitation, and spiritual development, we offer a welcoming environment where people can reconnect with themselves and explore simple yet powerful practices for everyday life.
Our intention is to create a supportive space where beginners feel safe and experienced practitioners feel inspired. Our sessions provide a gentle and nurturing environment where individuals and groups can explore meditation practices and develop a sustainable approach that supports well-being in daily life.
