A meditative, nurturing space for deep rest, energetic balance, and calm
“Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time.”
Hermann HesseThis personalised one-to-one session blends sound practices with subtle energy work to ease tension, help regulate the nervous system, and support a return to your natural rhythm. Using the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, Reiki, and intuitive touch or non-touch energy work, each session is tailored to your unique physical, emotional, or energetic needs.
Designed to nurture well-being, promote deep relaxation, and support restorative rest, the session offers a meditative space to reconnect with yourself, rebalance your energy, and restore a lasting sense of inner stillness.
No experience is needed — you’re simply invited to rest and receive.
People come for many reasons, often when they feel:
Emotionally unsettled, overstimulated or depleted
Disconnected from themselves or their inner rhythm
In need of calm, clarity or quiet support
Curious about sound therapy, Reiki or energy work
Moving through personal change, grief or transition
Looking for gentle, non-verbal ways to reconnect
These sessions are especially supportive for those who feel things deeply or need time away from noise, pressure, or doing.
These sessions aren’t based on routine - they’re shaped by listening and presence. Each one unfolds in response to how you arrive that day.
Some may include more sound, others more Reiki and gentle energetic touch. Often, the two blend naturally. What guides the work is what feels most helpful and easeful in the moment.
This is quiet, responsive, energy-based care - not a fixed technique, but a shared attentiveness.
You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table or soft mat, with cushions and blankets if needed.
Tibetan bowls are played gently around you, and sometimes placed on or near the body.
Reiki or intuitive energy work may be offered through light touch or hands-off guidance.
The session is held in silence or quiet tones, based on your preference.
No effort is needed — simply arrive, rest, and let the space support you.
"When we ourselves are in harmony and our life is in balance, then we can create harmony and balance around us."
The Tibetan Singing Bowl: Finding Harmony Through Sound by Suren Shrestha"The sound and vibration of the singing bowls brings the listener to the present moment, a state of stillness and peace."
Frank PerryTibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries in meditative and spiritual traditions. Their deep tones and vibrations work gently with the body, breath and energy field, encouraging stillness and calm. Many find them grounding, centring, or deeply peaceful.
"Tibetan singing bowls bring the mind and body into balance, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, and promote emotional well-being."
Peter HessReiki is a Japanese energy-based approach offered through light or non-touch contact. It’s often described as calming, clarifying or gently rebalancing — working with your body’s own capacity to settle and restore.
Intuitive energy work involves presence-led support that follows your system’s needs in the moment. It may include touch, quiet listening, or subtle energetic awareness.+
All these practices are gentle, non-invasive, and open to anyone. No belief or experience is required.
Each session can include incorporating the Tibetan Singing Bowls, Reiki, or both — depending on what feels most supportive. Some people request a specific focus, while others prefer to let the session unfold naturally. You're welcome to express what you'd like, or simply arrive and receive.
