What is the Reiki Circle?

The Reiki Circle is a welcoming and inclusive space where you can nurture your wellbeing through Reiki in a small, supportive group. No prior experience is needed – everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to experienced Reiki practitioners.

What to Expect

Guided Meditation
Begin with a calming meditation to ground and prepare for the session.

Group Reiki Session
Give and receive Reiki in a shared group setting. Experience the flow of energy and support as we share healing together.

Reiki Share
A safe space to practice, receive, and explore Reiki energy.

Reflect & Connect
Time for rest, sharing, and community. Ask questions, learn from others, and enjoy meaningful connection.
