Life moves fast, and it can be hard to find a moment just for yourself. This is a space to pause, breathe, and feel supported. 

A gentle Sunday morning space to slow down, reconnect, and begin the week from a place of calm.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a simple, meditative practice that helps your body and mind relax, release tension, and restore a sense of calm and balance.

Many people are drawn to Reiki because they are looking for a quiet, supportive space to pause and reset.

What to expect...

Together, we begin with a short guided meditation to settle the body and mind, followed by a Reiki share where you will both give and receive Reiki in a gentle, supported way.

No experience is needed - all are welcome, whether you are new to Reiki or have practised before.

People often leave feeling held, supported, calmer, and deeply relaxed - sometimes reconnecting with a sense of stillness that can be hard to find in everyday life, and that you can carry with you into the rest of your day.

We close the space gently in a circle, with time to reflect if you wish, and share a cup of tea together before returning to the day.

This is a small, intentional gathering, held with care to create a calm and supportive environment where you can simply be.

About Me:

I’m Ema, a Usui Reiki Master Teacher with over 20 years’ experience in well-being, retreats, and therapeutic settings. My work is centred on supporting rest, nervous system regulation, mindful presence, and self-compassion.

I bring a grounded, relational approach, informed by my experience and my MA in Group and Intercultural Psychotherapy. Drawing on meditation, mindfulness, and body-based practices, I create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and experience deep rest.
