New Mortain and Gorron Pop Rock Choir Workshops Starting Soon...
A gentle space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect.
Held twice weekly at HeartSong Normandie, these guided meditation sessions are open to beginners and anyone looking for a calm, supportive approach to mindfulness and relaxation.
Many people feel they “can’t meditate” because their mind is too busy. Meditation is not about stopping thoughts — it’s about learning to notice them with more awareness, kindness, and ease.
Drop-In Sessions on Tuesdays & Sundays
9:30 – 10:15
Followed by tea and coffee
Location:
HeartSong Normandie
50140 Mortain
(Exact address and directions provided on booking)
Price:
€10 per session
Everything is fully guided, so you can simply arrive, relax, and follow along.
Sessions may include:
Guided breathing practices to help settle the mind
Body scan relaxation to release tension
Simple mindfulness techniques to ease mental noise
A gentle and compassionate approach to meditation
There is nothing to achieve or fix — just space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
These sessions also offer simple practices you can take into everyday life at home. Many people find meditation easier in a group setting, supported by a calm and welcoming shared space.
After each session, you are welcome to stay for tea and coffee — a chance to chat, reflect, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.
“Meditation practice isn't about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It's about befriending who we are already.”
