Reiki Healing Sessions and Training Workshops

Our non-residential retreats offer the opportunity to learn about the origins, history, techniques, and uses of Reiki, as well as practical experience. Choose from an introduction to Reiki for well-being, Reiki training (Usui level 1, level 2, and Master-Teacher), or individual Reiki healing sessions to enhance your retreat experience.

Indian Head Massage 

Indian head massage is an ancient holistic well-being practice that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders. Seated Acupressure

It is based on the concept that vital energy, known as Qi, flows through the body along specific pathways. Singing Bowl Meditation Massage

Singing Bowl Meditation Massage is a holistic approach to well-being that combines the benefits of sound therapy, meditation and gentle touch energy massage and acupressure to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Sound therapy has been used for centuries in various cultures around the world to promote physical and emotional healing and relaxation. The vibrations emitted by the singing bowls are believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. 

During the session the singing bowls are placed on/around the body, allowing the vibrations to penetrate deeply into the tissues while the individual is encouraged to let go of their thoughts and fully immerse themselves in the soothing sounds. As the bowls vibrate, the practitioner also uses their hands and fingers to administer gentle touch energy massage and acupressure. Sound bowl meditation massage offers a unique and effective way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
